Wendy & Kevin 5/30/09

I have really had the pleasure of meeting some great couples and Wendy and Kevin were nothing short of wonderful. They had a wedding ceremony in Manhattan, followed by a very lavish reception at Leonard’s of Great Neck. With a ceremony and reception so many miles apart I was very amazed at how many people showed up to their ceremony (the church was packed). Wendy went for a love birds and feathers theme, which was clearly incorporated on their wedding stationery and reception décor.
Everything was beautiful, from their programs, large centerpieces, cake, wish tree, candy buffet to the personalized matchbooks and cocktail napkins.
Their DJ did an awesome job, guests could not stay off the dance floor (especially all the groomsmen). All the groomsmen changed into comfortable Chucks and that was the start of the dance off.
The night ended with the guests lighting sparklers as the bride and groom left the hall.
