Wedding Flowers:: Gardenia




This is one of those flower you have to handle with care, as its delicate ivory petals can bruise very easily. Gardenias are surrounded by waxy leaves and have a very heavy scent. Commonly used for a posy, worn as a corsage or left floating in a bowl (for smaller centerpieces). These are available in large four inch blossoms, as well as a in a miniature variety.
